Ickworth 10K
Matt & I ran the Ickworth 10K last weekend. We both did well, coming in well under the hour.
Many thanks to Tan, Helen, Beanlet and Sproutlet who came along to cheer us on.
The sun was out and we had a picnic with the Devereux’s afterwards.

Harry’s Christening
Due to the godparents complete inability to NOT take holiday between now and December, the Rev. Eley kindly made the time to baptise Harry this weekend.

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Sproutlet, born at 23:59 on the 26th April, 2008. He weighed in at a very healthy 8lbs 11oz.
Mum and baby are back at home and taking a well earned rest – somewhat restricted in scope by a very excited Beanlet who is enjoying his “Little baby brother!”, and the digger that he bought him as a getting to know you gift…

Beanlet had the double treat of snow and and Easter Egg hunt today; he enjoyed both!

We went to Florida for the second year running and had a great time. November is a good time of year to visit; not too humid but still lovely and warm. The crowds weren’t so bad either (apart from being there over the Thanksgiving).
We visited Orlando of course but also took some time going down the west coast (Tampa to Captiva Island) and had an excellent time on the beach…
